Construction management
Our mission
Providing support backed by expert skills and knowledge to ensure the construction of civil infrastructure remains on schedule.
We work with the client to manage construction projects such as railroads and roads.
The larger the project, the more research, design, and construction is required. Such projects also require the understanding and cooperation of residents. We provide support to ensure the entire process proceeds smoothly as planned.
Client support and project management services.
We provide support for civil engineering infrastructure projects in two key ways. The first is client support services, which includes the preparation of the required documents, etc. and managing project progress. The other is project management services, in which we manage the entire project in our role as specialists in tunnel design from the planning and design stages. These two services provide invaluable support for our clients.
Business overview
Client support services
We perform various tasks that are essential for the execution of construction work, and assist the client in smoothly managing the entire construction project. Documentation is essential in various stages in order for construction to proceed. For example, in the case of design changes, we organize the information necessary for redesign and cost estimation and compile it into a document that is easy for all parties involved to understand and share information smoothly.
[Specific examples]
Collection, organization and preparation of materials necessary for design and cost estimation
Collection and organization of the materials necessary for the performance of contract work

Collection and organization of the materials necessary for consultation and coordination with local communities and related organizations
Preparation and witnessing of the materials necessary for construction inspections
Project management services
We participate in projects from the planning stage before construction begins and provide support in the planning and design stages. Before construction can begin, it is essential to first gather information through surveying and research, and then design and plan based on that information. In our role as specialists in tunnel design, we work together with clients on such projects to ensure work progresses smoothly.

Our strengths
Competent engineers with the skills necessary to get the job done.
There is one thing that is most important to ensure a civil engineering project progresses as planned. That is the ability to perform the work that needs to be done, surely and without error. This may sound obvious. However, we believe that doing the small things well is the only way to keep a project progressing smoothly. Our engineers do not compromise when work builds up to provide total support for your project.
